  • Visit the Maharashtra Government's GST and PT portal: mahagst.gov.in

Exemptions from Professional Tax in Maharashtra

The following categories are exempt from PT in Maharashtra:

  • Persons above 65 years of age
  • Contract workers working only for temporary periods
