The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has launched several new features on the MCA21 V3 portal aimed at making company registration and compliance faster and more efficient.
New Features
1. Instant DIN Allotment
Director Identification Numbers (DIN) are now allotted instantly during the SPICe+ filing process.
2. Auto-Verification of Documents
The portal now uses AI-powered document verification to auto-check uploaded documents.
3. Integrated MCA-GSTN Platform
A new integration allows seamless application for both company registration and GST registration.
Benefit to Businesses
These improvements are expected to reduce company incorporation time from 7–15 days to as little as 3–5 working days.
